Xbox is still swinging its arms as it has recently dominated again as top-selling gaming console for the 15th month in a row.
Last month, Microsoft sold a whopping 371,000 units, as well as spending a major $430 million in hardware, software, and accessories, spending more than the PS3 and Wii combined.
While Microsoft was off “Winning”, the rest of the gaming industry was in the dumps. Sales of consoles had dropped a massive 35%, based off of March 2011. On top of that, gaming software dropped 25%, and gaming accessories dropped 8%. Altogether, the total gaming sales had dropped a total of 25%, around $1.1 billion from $1.47 billion in March 2011.
With mobile gaming beginning to make it’s uprising, Microsoft is one of the companies that just isn’t going to be stopped.
